If you want me to make any content changes to your website as part of your care plan, email the instructions to [email protected] and I will take care of the rest. I’ll make the requested changes and then email you when your task is complete.
No, I can only provide the time indicated in the Care Plan. If the time stated is not used in month 1 it cannot be rolled over into month 2.
I cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise I will do everything in my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of my backups.
Yes. I want to provide the most flexible service I can for you. Whilst I wouldn’t want to see you go, I understand that financial needs weigh heavily in many decisions, so I don’t lock anyone into a contract. Request a cancellation via email to sup[email protected] and I will immediately stop the next payment.
If you leave, any premium software licences I own will be removed from your site, as well as all the software I license and use to manage your site.
